Spinach is a nutrient-rich vegetable that offers numerous health benefits. It is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that help the body function properly. It contains abundant vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium and folic acid.
Eating them raw protects their high content of vitamin C. (e.g. in salads) They are an excellent source of vitamins K, A, C, folic acid and are also rich in manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2.
In spinach we find vitamin K, important for bone health and difficult to find in other vegetables.
You can consume it in omelette or with scrambled eggs.
