AÑÓN BEANS WITH DUCK CONFIT
Ingredients:
- Rag beans
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Onion
- Duck confit
Elaboration:
The beans are soaked 24 hours before, cooked for 45 minutes meanwhile, a sauce of garlic, pepper and onion is made and the beans are sautéed once cooked.
Then add an oil that is truffled for 7 days and duck confit.
