JUDÍAS TRAPERAS CON BORRAJA

RAG BEANS WITH BORAGE

Ingredients:

  1. Rag beans
  2. 1 bay leaf
  3. 2 garlic cloves
  4. 1 branch of thyme
  5. Borage
  6. Olive oil

Elaboration:

Soak the beans (the night before).

Put the beans over very low heat with water, 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 branch of thyme.

In a separate casserole with water put the borage, when the beans are cooked drain the borage and mix.
