SKEINS OF SUCKLING WITH BACON AND TENDER GARLIC
Ingredients:
- Suckling strains
- Tender garlic
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Chopped parsley
Elaboration:
The skeins of suckling are prepared with bacon once cleaned, both internally and externally, and rolled in the form of garlic.
It is baked at low temperature incorporating chopped parsley, finishing at high temperature to facilitate browning.
