BORAGE WITH BUTTER AND BACON PUREE

Ingredients:

  1. Borage
  2. Potatoes
  3. Butter
  4. Torreznos

Elaboration:

Cook the borage with a pinch of salt.

Prepare a mash of potatoes and butter.

Fry the torreznos.
