CHEESECAKE WITH GRENACHE JAM
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 can condensed milk The same amount of milk
- 1/4 fresh cheese
- 1/4 sheep's cheese from Transmoz
Ingredients Grenache jam:
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 glass of Grenache grapes
Elaboration:
The eggs are beaten, along with condensed milk, milk, and the two kinds of cheeses. Beat everything well and put in a mold in the oven at 180a for half an hour. It is served accompanied by Grenache jam.
To make the Grenache jam, put in a saucepan 1 glass of sugar, 1 glass of water and a glass of Grenache grapes in a saucepan to cook for 20 minutes. It is passed through the strainer so that there are no skins or seeds.
This cake is served with the jam on top.
