Revuelto de Borrajas con Jamón y Ajos Tiernos

SCRAMBLED BORAGE WITH HAM AND GARLIC

Ingredients:

  1. Borage cooked al dente
  2. 2 eggs
  3. Tender garlic
  4. Ham

Elaboration:

Clean the borage and cook it (Keep the freshest leaves).

Sauté the borage with the garlic and ham. Add the egg to make the scrambled.

With the leaves they can be blanched and crushed with a little cream and fried garlic, to make a cream as a decoration.
